Best Ever Collard Greens [Pressure Cooker or Stove Top]

Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon or pork belly, diced

1-2 Smoked Turkey Neck Bones, ham hock, ham neck, or diced ham

1 1/2 cups chicken stock

2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)

2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 1/2 Tbsp)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

16 ounces collard greens

Directions

Sauté the bacon until it’s cooked, but not yet crispy.

Add all of the ingredients, except the collard greens, in your pressure cooker.

Stir until well combined, then add the Collard Greens.

Close the lid & vent knob, then cook on High Pressure for 25 minutes.

When it’s done, quickly release pressure (QPR). Remove the edible bits from the bones. Return the meat to the pot and discard the bones. Stir & serve with some hot sauce!
